Pathway Browse allows the user to browse through the affected pathways, which are mediated by T2DM candidate genes. The browsing is facilitated through KEGG, Reactome, Biocarta pathway databases. User can serach this section to know the candidate genes invlved in various pathways or the pathways affected in T2DM and associated complications. The Pathway data has been collected from KEGG (Release 43.0), Biocarta and Reactome Databases (Version 22).
